Your Career In The Stratusphere

There’s never been a better time to join Stratus!

As the market leader in brand implementation and maintenance, we help the world’s most recognized brands show up consistently—everywhere they operate. From exterior signage and interior branding to site refreshes, digital signage, and ongoing repair and maintenance, we bring brands to life where it matters most. Our work extends far beyond installation—we become a long-term partner in helping brands succeed.

At Stratus, every employee plays a direct role in that impact. We operate with a strong commitment to customer service, a focus on execution, and a bias for action. If you're looking for a place where your contributions are visible, your growth is supported, and your work makes a real difference, you’ll find it here.

The Opportunity

The National Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by winning new national and multi-site customers across Stratus' core brand implementation offerings, including exterior signage, interior branding, site refreshes, digital signage, energy and lighting, and other complementary solutions.

This is a true hunter sales role. Success is driven by proactively creating opportunities, opening doors, building a pipeline from the ground up, and converting targeted prospects into new Stratus customers. This role is not primarily focused on managing an inherited book of business; the National Sales Executive is expected to spend the majority of time identifying, pursuing, and closing net-new opportunities while partnering internally to ensure a strong transition after the sale.

Responsibilities

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Leads the consultative sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through solution development, proposal, presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Builds credible relationships with executive-level and functional stakeholders and effectively navigates complex customer organizations.
  • Works with Business Development and internal stakeholders to pursue RFPs, RFQs, and other customer solicitations and to develop compelling responses.
  • Leads customer presentations, discovery meetings, proposal reviews, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and other activities required to advance and close opportunities.
  • Achieves annual new-business, revenue, and growth goals in accordance with assigned sales quotas and performance expectations.
  • Maintains accurate opportunity data, sales activity, pipeline stages, forecasts, and next steps within the company's CRM and sales reporting processes.
  • Collaborates with Estimating, Operations, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams to develop competitive, executable solutions that meet customer needs and support profitable growth.
  • Converts prospective customers into long-term partnerships by demonstrating Stratus' ability to execute consistently across regional and national footprints.
  • Identifies logical expansion and cross-sell opportunities within newly won accounts while maintaining a primary focus on continued net-new customer acquisition.
