Summary
The Director of Hospitality leads the strategic growth and revenue performance of our national hospitality vertical. This hybrid role combines executive level sales leadership with hands-on business development, driving expansion across major brands including Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham and others as well as large ownership and management groups.
This leader owns key enterprise relationships, oversees a small but high impact sales team, and shapes the go-to-market strategy that positions the company as the preferred signage and brand partner in the hospitality sector. The Director of Hospitality sets the vision for vertical performance, opens new national accounts, and elevates customer partnerships through industry expertise, solution innovation, and a deep understanding of brand standards and property lifecycle needs.

Travel Requirements
Travel is expected to be about 10-20%. This position is required to travel as an essential function of this role due to the need for in-person interaction with customers, field partners, and/or business stakeholders. Travel may include local, regional, or national destinations and may be conducted via automobile, air, or other modes of transportation. All travel must be pre-approved in accordance with company policy and conducted in compliance with applicable safety and expense guidelines.
