Job Summary: Stratus is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director, BOMs to lead the development, governance, and optimization of Bill of Materials across our signage, brand implementation, and facilities services projects. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in our production and installation workflows, directly impacting cost control, inventory management, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in BOM architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and systems integration, with a strong understanding of manufacturing and field service environments, especially in signage, energy solutions, and commercial remodeling.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent work experience preferred. Master’s or MBA a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in BOM management preferred, preferably in signage, manufacturing, or facilities services.
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and installation workflows in commercial environments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., IFS, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and BOM management tools.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process standardization.
• Familiarity with energy solutions (e.g., EV charging, LED retrofits) and their BOM implications.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of compliance standards related to materials and installations (UL, ADA, OSHA, etc.).
Travel
This role may travel due to the need for in-person interaction with employees, customers, field partners, and/or business stakeholders. Travel may include local, regional, or national destinations and may be conducted via automobile, air, or other modes of transportation. All travel must be pre-approved in accordance with company policy and conducted in compliance with applicable safety and expense guidelines.
