Job Summary: The Hospitality Sales Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and expanding business within an established customer base in the hospitality industry across an assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with franchisees, ownership groups, and corporate stakeholders to drive revenue growth through new builds, site rebrands, and ongoing service opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality sector and a proven ability to deliver tailored solutions. This role requires collaboration with internal Program Managers to ensure timely and professional service delivery, as well as active participation in customer meetings, trade shows, and reporting functions. Travel Requirements
This position is required to travel up to 25% as an essential function of this role due to the need for in-person interaction with customers, field partners, and/or business stakeholders. Travel may include local, regional, or national destinations and may be conducted via automobile, air, or other modes of transportation. All travel must be pre-approved in accordance with company policy and conducted in compliance with applicable safety and expense guidelines.
