Summary: 

As the Vice President of Field Partner Performance, you will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for our third-party Field Partner (FP) network, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all product lines. This role is pivotal in driving strategic cost efficiencies, optimizing partner performance, and strengthening relationships that support our national footprint. You will lead a high-performing team of Territory Directors, collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, and shape the evolution of our partner ecosystem to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. This is a highly visible role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for building scalable, high-impact partnerships.

 

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic cost-saving initiatives that drive operational efficiency and long-term value across the Field Partner network.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal service delivery and accountability among Field Partners.
  • Direct and mentor the Territory Director team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Collaborate with Territory Directors to evaluate pricing agreements and performance metrics for Preferred Field Partners, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
  • Partner with the SVP and cross-functional leaders to define and implement meaningful, data-driven performance metrics tailored to each product line and system capability.
  • Champion a collaborative and service-oriented department culture by promoting open communication, cross-departmental alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee departmental operations and staff performance, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Field Partners through periodic site visits, addressing escalated issues, and reinforcing strategic alignment.
  • Represent Stratus at industry trade shows and events, strengthening brand presence and identifying partnership opportunities.
  • Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in close partnership with the SVP, contributing to long-term growth and innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures and systems, driving consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Compliance to evolve departmental practices and capabilities in alignment with regulatory standards and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in the Facilities Management industry or Service Provider Management

Skills & Competencies:

  • Vendor management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business initiatives
  • The ability to lead and drive a team to meet/exceed enterprise cost savings and performance goals
  • A general understanding of industry technology, products, and trades
  • Strong orientation towards policy and procedure
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
