Job Summary: A primary role of the Customer Service Associate is to process and review all inspection and cleaning work orders. Identify outages or damages that are visible during the photo review process on client specific documents/templates. Provides an outstanding level of customer service to internal and external customers in conjunction with customer KPI’s in an accurate, timely, efficient and professional manner. Displays a welcoming disposition and reinforces the ease of conducting business with our organization.

The pay range for this position is $18 to $19 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
