Overview

Job Summary: A primary role of the Customer Service Associate is to process and review all inspection and cleaning work orders. Identify outages or damages that are visible during the photo review process on client specific documents/templates. Provides an outstanding level of customer service to internal and external customers in conjunction with customer KPI’s in an accurate, timely, efficient and professional manner. Displays a welcoming disposition and reinforces the ease of conducting business with our organization.

The pay range for this position is $18 to $19 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process inspection and cleaning work orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analyze submitted photos to identify visible outages, damages, or issues, and document findings according to client-specific formats and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and expectations through timely and precise work order completion.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with internal departments and external customers to resolve issues or clarify information as needed.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of customer accounts, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Uphold a welcoming and helpful demeanor that supports a positive customer experience and reinforces the ease of doing business with the company.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service and work order processing.
  • Assist with special projects/tasks as necessary
  • Other assignments at discretion of leadership

Education, experience, certifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college experience preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in an office environment

  • Ability to manage a large number of customer requests at any given time
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and stressful situations
  • Ability to sit for an extended amount of time
  • Ability to work on the computer for an extended amount of time
  • Ability to work beyond 40 hours, as necessary
  • Working independently and performing repetitive tasks
