Job Summary: Responsible for revenue growth, expanding product and service offerings (Exterior Signage, Interior Branding, Brand Maintenance, Refresh & Rollouts, Energy Solutions) and customer satisfaction of assigned accounts. Primarily achieved through relationship building, networking, strong customer service and problem solving.

 

Responsibilities

  • Focuses on new business growth through acquisition of target prospect accounts
  • Primary sales contact for assigned accounts
  • Responsible for relationship building within all applicable departments where we sell our offerings, including but not limited to procurement, signage/branding, corporate real estate, facility services and sustainability/energy
  • Leverages customer contacts/relationships to identify and solicit new business opportunities
  • Responsible for total revenue of assigned accounts, including products and services, in line with annualized quota (tracked and reported monthly) and year over year annual revenue growth plan
  • Works with Business Development to respond to RFP/RFQs
  • Works with Marketing to develop necessary collateral to promote offerings, conducts in-person meetings and presentations as necessary
  • Works with Operations to maintain communication, quality and other deliverables in accordance with customer SLAs (service level agreements)
  • Manages and resolves high-level customer conflicts
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales/Business Development or Customer Facing Account/Program Management, experience with banking customers preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to service existing accounts and build deep relationships within an organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality error free work
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities needed to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong sense of professionalism and courtesy
  • Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe products, experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Travel will be required as necessary, 10-20%

Travel Requirements

This position is required to travel as an essential function of this role due to the need for in-person interaction with customers, field partners, and/or business stakeholders. Travel may include local, regional, or national destinations and may be conducted via automobile, air, or other modes of transportation. All travel must be pre-approved in accordance with company policy and conducted in compliance with applicable safety and expense guidelines.

 

Pay Range

$75,000 annually, plus a $75,000 commission draw. Commissions are uncapped, providing significant earning potential based on individual performance.- Pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed.
