This position will be onsite full-time in our Elmhurst, IL office.
Stratus is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a focus on interior and exterior signage and marketing elements. As a Program Manager, you will need to learn all client standards and expectations to finish each project within the time and budget constraints. You will work closely with our nationwide vendors to ensure that projects move seamlessly between Stratus and the client. A key to this role is the ability to manage programs that include multiple locations as we have projects and vendors across the country. These projects each have their own budget and schedule that will need to be followed.
Stratus expects client communication and organization to be a key skill in our Program Managers. Communication from each PM to the customer, field techs, production team, and accounting department is vital to our success. Organization and communication are essential for installations to run smoothly across the numerous projects Stratus completes each year. Timely submittal of deliverables to our clients through our reporting tools is also a key for project success.
