Overview

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting Field Partner Management. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the day-to-day operations within Field Partner Management as the department supports our internal business partners within Service, Programs, Energy and Business Development.

Responsibilities

  • Subcontractor recruiting and onboarding
  • Price negotiating as needed
  • Management of expired/expiring Certificates of Insurance (COI)
  • Document maintenance of existing Field Partners including service agreements, W9s, diversity certificates, etc.  
  • Background check follow up and processing
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Participate in department or customer conference calls as required
  • Assist with escalation issues that may arise with vendors or staff
  • Complete reporting as assigned
  • Assist with other project support as requested by manager or the Director of Field Partner Management

  • Computer Skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
  • Ability to prioritize jobs based on urgency, customer expectations, importance
  • Ability to maintain calm and focus in a deadline-driven, multi-tasking environment

Education, experience, certifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • College graduate or minimum of 2 years industry experience preferred
  • 2-4 years of Administrative Assistance experience

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines

Working Conditions 

  • Prolonged hours in front of computer
  • Position may require working before or after regularly scheduled hours as business needs arise
