Quality Systems and Standards:

• Implement and execute comprehensive quality management systems to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections and assessments throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Support and implement testing procedures and protocols to evaluate product quality against established benchmarks.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and address potential quality issues proactively.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance product quality.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing quality performance metrics and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay up-to-date on relevant quality regulations and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable quality standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed quality documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

• Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Identify and implement effective solutions to improve quality control processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a commitment to quality excellence.

Education, experience, certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• In lieu of degree, a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance, quality control, process improvement, or manufacturing role.
• Understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing). 

Physical & Mental Demands:

• Ability to travel 25% of the time, at minimum.
