Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards, processes, and documentation for all production stages.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues promptly, preventing delays in the production schedule.
  • Perform regular quality audits and prepare reports on findings and corrective actions taken.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized record of quality testing, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Work closely with project managers and design teams to understand client specifications and ensure products meet or exceed expectations.
  • Train and guide team members on quality control best practices and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality control and interior branding solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a quality control role, preferably within the signage, printing, or interior branding industries.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including quality management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
