The Director of Hospitality Sales is responsible for team oversight, sales strategy and overall vertical growth in Hospitality segment. Owns corporate relationships with Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, IHG and others. Focuses on signage sales growth with management and ownership companies through relationship building, networking, marketing and new customer acquisition.

  • Responsible for total revenue of hospitality vertical
  • Identifies, builds relationships and strategically sells to large hospitality ownership and management companies
  • Partners with SVP and Marketing to build strategies, collateral and campaigns specific to hospitality industry
  • Focuses on exterior Signage Sales and identifies when Interior Signage, Repair & Maintenance or Construction opportunities are appropriate to pursue
  • Builds corporate relationships within our existing hospitality customer base
  • Prospects national brand accounts who whom we don’t current work
  • Property site visits with customer
  • Industry trade shows, attends or exhibits as necessary
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge on product, services and industry in general
  • Addresses and resolves customer conflicts
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 5 years Sales/Business Development, experience in hospitality sales or service preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and service existing accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality error free work
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities needed to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong sense of professionalism and courtesy
  • Must have impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe products, experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Travel will be required as necessary, 10-20%
